Domestic Shipping Policy
At Halo & Hound, LLC all domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight and destination of your package.
Delivery Timeframes:

USPS typically delivers within 3–4 business days (not including processing time).

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Important Notes
Once your package is in the care of USPS, Halo & Hound, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly and file a Missing Mail Request: https://missingmail.usps.com
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for:

Any additional postage required to re-ship the package

Confirming and providing the correct delivery address
Refund Policy for Address Issues:

If the customer refuses to pay the return postage or reshipping fee, no refund will be issued.

If a package is returned to Halo & Hound, LLC because the customer did not pay required postage (e.g., USPS attempts to return the package and the customer refuses to accept or cover the cost), the package cannot be properly delivered or returned, and a refund will not be issued.
Processing Time
At Halo & Hound, LLC each order is crafted and prepared with love and care—because your faithful companion deserves nothing less. Our current processing time (the time from when you place your order to when it ships) is approximately 7-10 business days.
We understand how special it is to receive your order on time, especially during the holiday season. During peak times, such as Christmas and major holidays, please allow extra time for us to process your order. That said, we always strive to ship sooner whenever possible.
