Our standard processing time is 2 weeks before shipping, though we always strive to ship sooner. During high-volume seasons, please allow extra time. Once shipped, USPS First Class or Priority Mail typically delivers within 3–4 business days.

We do not guarantee rush orders, but if you need your order by a certain date, please email hello@haloandhound.com before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

Once USPS accepts your package, Halo & Hound is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have it, please contact USPS and file a Missing Mail Request at missingmail.usps.com.

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. The original packing slip or order number must be included in the return package.

Yes. Items that have been worn or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.

Each bandana listing includes a detailed size chart. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
