We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Include the original packing slip or your order number inside the return package.

Without this information, we cannot identify the return or match it to your order, and your refund or exchange will not be processed.

All original labels MUST be attached.

Incomplete returns may be returned to you at your expense or discarded.
Damages & Order Mistakes
We pray everything arrives just as expected. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately by emailing us at hello@haloandhound.com. We’ll make it right—quickly and kindly.
